Wellbore Integrity Suite enables a cement sheath evaluation integrating multiple technologies. It features processing for Ultrasonic Pulse-Echo, Flexural Attenuation and Third Interface Echo. Functionalities includes standard Solid-Liquide-Gas model, Noise removal, Flexalone, TIGHTening of Solid-Liquid-Gas model for improved discrimination, TIE relabeling and ZSonic micro-annulus workflow
Enhanced visualization integrating logs and waveforms
To analyse the complex aspects of cement placement, the cement evaluation logs should be integrated with waveforms and TIE results that contain information on pipe centering. The powerful visualization enhances the level of understanding and quality of interpretation
Multi-finger caliper processing & pipe inspection
The multi-finger caliper workflow enables QC of the Master Calibration, processing of the before calibration ring sizes and identifying bad fingers and recalculating corrected/calibrated gain and offset and finally to run PMIT processing with zonation. Multi-finger caliper processing results can then be used in the pipe inspection workflow (CSR)
Pipe Inspection Log Evaluation from EM Pipe Scanner
EMIT pipe inspection workflow starts with collecting the data and the well schematic information, it then includes log quality control (LQC) in order to identify the correct sensor and parameters to use for thickness processing and metal loss calculation. Finally, corrosion summary report (CSR) can be run to identify any potential corrosion issues
